Welcome to The Independent's live coverage of the pre-season friendly between Manchester United and Galatasaray in Gothenburg, Sweden, as Jose Mourinho's reign as manager continues.
United will hope to bounce back from their comprehensive 4-1 defeat by Borussia Dortmund in China, having seen their much anticipated friendly against rivals Manchester City abandoned in Beijing due to a heavily damaged pitch.
All eyes will be on the debut of striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who will be handed his first appearance since completing a free transfer in the summer after leaving Paris Saint-Germain.
United's England contingent of Wayne Rooney, Chris Smalling and Marcus Rashford also return to the squad, after they were left out of the Dortmund defeat despite travelling to China to bond with the squad.
The match kicks off at 18:30 BST, so sit back and enjoy all the action as it happens.

There's some bad news coming in from Michigan, where Chelsea are due to take on Real Madrid later tonight in the second of Saturday's pre-season friendlies live on The Independent:
Just a few minutes until kick-off in Gothenburg where the sun is still shining as it fades over the Ullevi Stadium stands in conditions very different to Michigan. It looks like an absolutely lovely evening in Sweden.
What do United need? With Mourinho able to call on his best squad - unlike the tour of China - United need to show more attacking intent and begin to gel together. Mkhitaryan has impressed in his two matches so far, but he has received little support and the rest of the squad need to start understanding his movement and intent with the ball. In Rooney, Ibrahimovic and Martial, the attacking quartet are almost certain to start the first match against Bournemouth in two weeks' time, so let's see how they get on tonight.
