Chelsea may well have already been crowned champions, Sunderland, Hull and Middlesborough relegated, but there is still a lot to play for. Top of the agenda is the race for the top four, with Man City able to clinch third with a win at Watford and Liverpool can seal fourth with a win at Middlesborough.
