Chelsea started the match just one place higher than Wolves in the Premier League table, but could mathematically end the day in fourth position if they could find a way to see off Nino Espirito Santo's side. However, it was Wolves that looked the more comfortable and they went ahead after the break when Raul Jimenez put the away side in front.
But Chelsea found a way back into the match at the death as Eden Hazard scored a beautifully-taken effort from the edge of the Wolves area to earn Chelsea a point. Re-live the action below.
