Your support makes all the difference.Liverpool have gone top of the Premier League, albeit until Manchester City player in Saturday's evening game, after a comprehensive 4-0 victory over Bournemouth in which Mohamed Salah returned to his very best with a hat-trick.
There was plenty of debate over the opening goal as Salah looked to be offside when he sprinted to reach a poor Asmir Begovic parry that allowed the Egyptian to calmly stroke the ball home from the centre of the box. Bournemouth made it through to half-time without conceding, but afterwards Liverpool turned on the style.
Salah added his second soon after the resumption before Bournemouth defender Steve Cook somehow turned the ball into his own net from a difficult angle, and there was enough time for Salah to add a late third to secure Liverpool's fifth consecutive victory in the league . Player to watch
Virgil van Dijk: Despite Jurgen Klopp’s side’s diverse attacking threats, it has been the imperious Dutchman who has vastly improved Liverpool’s defence. He brilliantly created a second for Roberto Firmino against Burnley and could have scored himself, but it is at the other end where the former Southampton man will have to be at his best, with Callum Wilson in excellent form.

Space opens up for Josh King 20 yards out and the striker tries to feed partner Lys Mousset, who is running in behind.
Mouse's touch is far too heavy and takes him right out to the corner flag, where Andrew Robertson dispossesses him.
A shot may have been a better option for King.
GOAL! Bournemouth 0-4 Liverpool (Mohamed Salah, 77 minutes)
A brilliant way to complete his hat-trick.
Steve Cook just about beats Salah to the ball with a significant headstart, but his sliding pass back to Asmir Begovic is about ten yards underhit, allowing Salah to collect.
Salah beats Begovic about three times, twisting in and out, and finally picking his moment to slot past Nathan Ake on the line and score his third.

Nasty.
Adam Lallana has copped a blow from Jefferson Lerma as the pair jumped for a ball, and there is a rather hefty helping of claret flowing from his head.
A patching-up job required.
90 minutes
Lallana is still sorting his clothing out as the board goes up signalling five added minutes.

The man with no name rejoins affairs, with Adam Lallana sporting a blank shirt for these dying embers.
Liverpool continue to attack.
Three for Salah and a Steve Cook own goal - Liverpool go top of the Premier League with a 4-0 win.
A solid performance from Liverpool, getting the job done away from home. Their attentions now turn to Tuesday, and a huge Champions League game with Napoli.
