Surely waving goodbye to their slim survival chances, Southampton were simply caught out too many times and looked stunned by both the ferocity of the City Ground environment and their opponents' attacking speed. It's all or nothing for the Saints during the second half - either produce a miraculous comeback or contemplate their likely future in the Championship.
