Liverpool were winners back in 2020 ending a 30-year wait for league glory and Jurgen Klopp is sure to have them back challenging again at the sharp end this season too while Manchester United will be looking to be back in the title picture with Cristiano Ronaldo returning to his former club in the summer.
It's not all about the action at the top though with Norwich, Watford and Brentford promoted to the top tier for 2020/21 and hoping to hold their own against the best English football has to offer and avoid the drop.

That victory sees United move from seventh to fifth in the table, just three points behind Tottenham in fourth. Another loss sees Norwich cut further adrift from the bottom, and the Canaries are now seven points from safety with just three games left to play. United are in the ascendency, but it appears Norwich will soon be heading in the other direction.

Ronaldo finished the game with three crucial goals, as well as eight shots in total, five of which were on target. As well as this, the Portuguese completed a key pass and contested five duels in the air. One of which secured his second goal from Telles, and his third was of course that smashing free-kick, which proved to be the winner!

The full-time whistle goes and Ronaldo's late free-kick proved to be the difference, as his hat-trick landed Manchester United all three points! Norwich kept on coming and had chances to draw or even win the game, but Ronaldo's excellent performance in front of goal ensured that United make good ground in their race for top four!
