Follow live coverage as Liverpool face Wolves in the Premier League today.

Striker Darwin Nunez was fit after a shoulder injury and replaced Cody Gakpo in the forward line, Kostas Tsimikas came in for left-back Andy Robertson and the whole midfield was changed from Saturday’s draw at Crystal Palace with Fabinho, Stefan Bajcetic and Harvey Elliott all starting.

Wolves forward Matheus Cunha missed out with an ankle problem so Joao Moutinho returned as the one change from the draw with Fulham last time out.

Liverpool centre-back Ibrahima Konate made his first appearance in a month after being put straight into the team to face Wolves after recovering from a hamstring injury as manager Jurgen Klopp made six changes.

Patiently awaiting their breakthrough against a limited Wolves side, Liverpool struck twice in the last 20 minutes to continue their unbeaten run in the Premier League and pick up three valuable points in the top-four race. Both goals were turned in from close range following cutbacks from the byline, with Salah and Van Dijk once again producing the goods for a team still lacking fluency in the final third. While the Reds sit sixth, their visitors are still only three points above the drop zone and will be nervously glancing over their shoulders.
