Liverpool and Wolverhampton Wanderers will face a replay after a 2-2 draw at Anfield in the FA Cup third round.

Alisson’s early mistake allowed Goncalo Guedes to tap home a gift and give Wolves the lead, but the Reds responded and turned the tie around with goals either side of the interval through Darwin Nunez and Mohamed Salah.

Another series of defensive errors saw Wolves allowed to carve through the hosts’ backline once more, Hwang Hee-chan ultimately scoring, before Toti’s late strike was ruled out for offside to ensure the sides will need to face off once more for a spot in the fourth round.
