Earlier tonight Romain Perraud’s stunning first-half rocket lit up St Mary’s as Southampton marched into the FA Cup quarter-finals by dispatching Premier League rivals West Ham 3-1.
French full-back Perraud stylishly set Saints on course for victory with his first goal for the club, lashing home a swerving strike from more than 25 yards.
Michail Antonio briefly levelled for the Hammers but James Ward-Prowse’s penalty – awarded following VAR intervention – and a late Armando Broja goal sent the hosts through.

He takes it into the box, shimmies to ehe left and then cuts back on himself to lace a right footed effort wide of the right-hand post!

Save! Superb work from Rowe who receives the ball on the left side and drives through the channel. He takes on Milner and injects a touch of pace to work the ball past the makeshift right-back. He hits a left-footed effort at goal but Alisson dives across to the left and palms the ball wide of the far post.
