So Spurs have reached the last 16 of the Champions League with a game to spare tonight after another eventful game.
Olympiacos surged into an early 2-0 lead inside 20 minutes thanks to Yousself El-Arabi and Ruben Semedo, before Mourinho made the tactical decision to take off Eric Dier for Christian Eriksen.
Eriksen helped to change the game, and while it was Yassine Meriah's error that allowed Spurs back into the game and regain momentum.
Harry Kane then levelled things up five minutes into the second half with a composed finish before Serge Aurier's ripper completed the turnaround.
Kane then made history by becoming the quickest player to 20 Champions League goals with Spurs' fourth, as Mourinho made it two wins out of two.
Dele Alli and Harry Kane, speaking to BT Sport, are both keen to point out it wasn't the start that Spurs should have come out with, but reveal that the half-time dressing room was one of calm rather than anger.
"Not a bad player to beat!", Harry Kane says after he beat Alessandro Del Piero to become the quickest player to 20 Champions League goals.
