Sheffield United are taking on Wolves tonight at Bramall Lane as the two clubs begin their Premier League campaign.

The Blades made a blistering return to the top flight last season, finishing in the top half with one of the best defensive records in the league under manager Chris Wilder. Wolves has been excellent too since coming up the previous season under Nuno Espirito Santo and will expect to push the top six once more.

Follow it live:

60 mins: Corner for Sheffield United. Norwood sends it into the mix and Traore manages to scoop the ball away. Saiss stays down after the corner, Egan accidentally standing on his heel during the play.

57 mins: This has been a better start from Sheffield United. Baldock is getting further and further forward on the right. Fleck is seeing more of the ball, they’re pegging Wolves deep into their own half.

Egan, pushing forward, manages to squeeze the ball to Sharp in the box. He has Lundstram for company and squares it to him but his pass is very quick and Lundstram can’t reach it in time to tap it into the goal.

51 mins: Norwood sends a really poor free kick into the box from wide on the right and Joao Moutinho heads it clear.

Off the post!

Lundstram makes a darting run through the centre-backs and collects a pass coming from the left wing. He cuts it back to Fleck who fires the ball towards the far corner and hits the upright!

Second half: The Blades kick off the second 45, can they find a way back into this match?

Wolves hadn’t scored in the opening seven minutes of a match for 75 games. They scored two today, Sheffield Utd were shellshocked by the start for a good 30 minutes.

Towards the end of the half they found their feet, put together a few passes and maintained some pressure in the final third. They can get back  into this game but they’ll need to score the next goal.
