Sheffield United are taking on Wolves tonight at Bramall Lane as the two clubs begin their Premier League campaign.

The Blades made a blistering return to the top flight last season, finishing in the top half with one of the best defensive records in the league under manager Chris Wilder. Wolves has been excellent too since coming up the previous season under Nuno Espirito Santo and will expect to push the top six once more.

27 mins: Timo Werner times a run in behind perfectly and Chelsea can break on the counter attack, Havertz is up there with him but Werner can’t pick him out and the attack breaks down.

23 mins: GOAL! Jorginho waits for Ryan to dive his left before slotting it home to the right. Chelsea lead.

21 mins: Penalty to Chelsea! Alzate takes a blind pass square that Jorginho intercepts. He knocks it into the box as Werner chases it down. Ryan comes flying off his line and cleans out Werner. Clear penalty.

3 mins: Yves Bissouma puts a burst of pace on to try and get past Reece James on the left hand side but he’s not quick enough. James sends a long ball forward for Timo Werner, who runs in behind, he picks up the ball but is flagged offside.
