Sheffield United claimed their first win since returning to the Premier League, beating Crystal Palace 1-0 thanks to a second-half goal by John Lundstram.

The midfielder finished from close range in the 47th minute after Palace goalkeeper Vicente Guaita could only tip away a Luke Freeman effort into the box.

United, back in the top flight for the first time in 12 years, drew 1-1 at Bournemouth on the opening weekend.

Palace have yet to score a goal this season, having started with a 0-0 home draw against Everton. Re-live the live action below.

24 mins: Big shout for VAR in the Palace box. Baldock and Lundstram combine to get the ball in from the right and a big shot hits the arm of Dann. Palace then break and win a corner that leads to nothing. The quickfire VAR check rules that everything was okay. No penalty.

27 mins: United look good on the right with Baldock, he creates some space for himself and whips the ball into the box. It's headed out to Norwood who shoots and wins a deflected corner. Fleck passes it low into the box and O'Connell runs quickly onto it as Palace are caught napping but they recover as the defender gets a shot off, first to block then to clear.

Benteke holds up the ball before giving it to Zaha on his way into the box. Zaha loses the ball and Freeman finds Robinson at the other end of the pitch who shoots and sends it wide for United.

45 mins: A rough tackle put Baldock on the ground but he's alright and is jogging back into position. The ball hits the referee and under the new protocols the game is stopped and Palace have the ball back.
