Marcelo Bielsa’s side are in high spirits after a dominant 3-0 victory against Southampton last time out, with Patrick Bamford adding a 13th league goal to his tally this season. That victory saw Leeds move 13 points clear of the relegation zone and they are now just five points adrift of sixth-placed Liverpool in what has been a brilliant first season back in the top flight.
Aston Villa, meanwhile, will be wary of succumbing to a slump in the absence of their talisman, Jack Grealish. The captain’s shin injury has seen him miss the last two matches, with Villa lucky to take a point against Brighton before losing against Leicester last weekend. Dean Smith’s side remain in a terrific position in the table, though, and a top-six finish is certainly within reach, trailing Liverpool by just four points while also boasting two games in hand. 27 mins: Riyad Mahrez skips past Ben Johnson on the City right wing and Johnson brings him down picking up the game’s first yellow card. The free kick is curled into the box by De Bruyne but headed away by Craig Dawson. Zinchenko picks up the loose ball and sends it quickly back into the box only for Cresswell to head it behind for a corner.
Man City 0 - 0 West Ham
24 mins: Michail Antonio has been a big asset for West Ham. Man City are playing, quick short passes around the 18-yard box trying to create an opening but West Ham have been solid in defence, working well together. When they clear the ball Antonio wins it, holds it up and waits for Lingard to get forward. It hasn’t always worked out but West Ham’s defence get a reprieve whenever Antonio is on the ball.
Man City 0 - 0 West Ham
21 mins: Ruben Dias steps into midfield with the ball and is closed down by Lingard and Soucek who are too forceful with their challenges and bring Dias down. The City free kick is played quickly but Soucek is back to clear it for West Ham.

18 mins: De Bruyne attempts to thread the ball through a small gap in the West Ham back line and feed Aguero into the box but Coufal lunges to his left and intercepts.
West Ham then work the ball into the City final third with a delightful pass from Rice. The ball comes out to Johnson on the left wing and he passes it inside to Lingard who shoots from the edge of the box. The shot is deflected and loops up to the back post where Soucek keeps it in play. He heads the ball back into the middle and Ederson comes to claim it but is beaten to the ball by Antonio. He glances the ball but can’t direct it at goal. It bounces for Lingard who shoots from inside the box but has his shot blocked.

6 mins: Oh my. Man City play the ball back to Ederson who taps it forward to Fernandinho making his way back into City’s box. Soucek catches him on the ball and fouls him trying to win it. That could have gone badly wrong for Man City but instead they win a free kick.

3 mins: Aaron Cresswell fires a long ball up the pitch. Michail Antonio wins the header going up against John Stones and he knocks it down to Tomas Soucek. West Ham switch the play out to Ben Johnson on the left wing but he misplaces a pass and gives the ball away.
