Phil Neville's side are into the quarter-finals after an ill-tempered game where VAR took centre stage in Valenciennes. Steph Houghton opened the scoring, Ellen White added a second after a VAR review before Cameroon thought they had one back only for the technology to rule it out sparking chaos. Alex Greenwood made it three to seal their spot in the last eight.

Good play from England going forward - Toni Duggan's cross from the right is just about cleared by the Cameroon defence.
The Lionesses look threatening already...

Well, well, well, Cameroon have been penalised for a backpass!
White's ball across the box is cushioned back by Ejangue to the goalkeeper in the six-yard box - clear backpass!
Big opportunity this for England... it'll be an indirect free-kick on the edge of the six yard box!
Cameroon have lined basically all of their players on the goal-line!

ENGLAND TAKE THE LEAD, and it's a clinical finish from Steph Houghton from the indirect free-kick!
The captain seemingly finds the only gap in the goal available, striking it right-footed into the bottom left-hand corner of the goal from Duggan's lay-off!

Replays from the goal show it took a little nick off a Cameroon player before it nestled into the corner, but nonetheless a super finish!

Just wide from Toni Duggan!
More beautiful approach play by England - Kirby sets up Duggan in the box and the Barcelona striker tries to curl it into the far corner, but she didn't have quite enough whip on it.

A momentary pause here, as Cameroon captain Gabrielle Onguene is down following a collision with Jill Scott in the centre of the park...
England use the time to take a drink on board - it's sweltering in Valenciennes today.
Onguene limps off, but looks set to continue. Play restarts with England in possession...
