The trio of star forwards lifted defending champion Barcelona into first place ahead of Real Madrid's match at Mallorca later. Barcelona now lead Madrid by one point.
Barcelona enjoyed their best away match of the season.
Griezmann put Barcelona ahead in the 13th minute when Clement Lenglet met his run behind Eibar's high defensive line with a long ball that left him alone to beat goalkeeper Marko Dmitrovic.
Dmitrovic denied Messi before half-time, but couldn't do it again in the 58th after a passing combination by Suarez and Griezmann set up Barcelona's all-time scorer in the area.
The three combined again in the 66th when Griezmann launched Messi with a through ball. Messi then slid the ball over for Suarez to finish off on the break.
Ernesto Valverde's team have won five matches across all competitions after an erratic start to the season.
Barcelona plays at Slavia Prague in the Champions League group phase on Wednesday.

Eibar have won their last two home games.
The last time they won three or more home games in a row was in December 2017 when they won four.
Will they break that duck today or will Barcelona too strong to overcome.
Kick off is only 20 minutes away.
A few highlights here from the genius that in Lionel Messi in his previous matches against Eibar:
A victory for Barcelona today will see them move up to the top of La Liga, at least until the rest of the league plays later today.
If Eibar pull off a surprise win they'll move into the top ten.
Umtiti is given a first start of the season.
Samuel Umtiti has recovered from a foot injury and goes straight into the starting line-up for Barcelona as Gerard Pique misses out through suspension.
Umtiti partners Clement Lenglet at centre back for Barca. The last, and only, time those two started together was in the Catalans' 4-4 draw away to Villarreal last season.
Five minutes to go until kick off.
Which way is this one going to go?
Eibar 0 - 0 Barcelona
Kick off: We're under way at the Ipurua Municipal Stadium. Barcelona are in the hunt for three points and to leapfrog Real Madrid at the top of La Liga.
Eibar 0 - 0 Barcelona
What a start!
Barcelona are almost in on goal from the kick off with a fantastic first time pass over the top from Luis Suarez to find Lionel Messi.
The offside flag goes up and the whistle goes as play is stopped. A replay shows Messi may have been onside but VAR doesn't get involved.
Eibar 0 - 0 Barcelona
Eibar respond well with a couple of good attacks of their own. First Sergio Alvarez whips a cross into the box but Ter Stegen is the first to the ball and he claims it.
Eibar then win a free kick, it's played short but Fabian Orellana's cross goes wide.
Eibar 0 - 0 Barcelona
Cheeky from Suarez, he controls the ball on the halfway line and takes it through the legs of Anaitz Arbilla before hitting one from a long, long way out.
Rightly so the ball goes way wide.
Eibar 0 - 0 Barcelona
10 mins: Barcelona are having the most of possession but aren't able to make full use of it. When Eibar pick up the ball they send it out wide and put crosses into the box.
Clement Langlet almost turns a cross into his own net but sends it out for a corner instead.
The corner comes to Sergio Alvarez, who shoots but sends it wide of goal!
