Frank Lampard’s side have shown serious improvements in recent weeks, having now kept a clean sheet in their last five successive matches, and can move into the top four with a victory.
It’s been a different story for Sheffield United so far, though, with Chris Wilder’s side taking just one point from their opening seven games. Furthermore, the Blades have only scored three goals in total and desperately need a result to kickstart their season. Follow all the action below live:
7 min
Off the bar! Fulham are very fortunate not to be behind. Haller attacks a Cresswell corner but sends his header against the woodwork.

Good save! A corner is headed out to Bowen, who strikes a volley sweetly and forces Areola into a flying save.

Balbuena climbs highest from a corner but powers a header over the bar. West Ham are on top early on.

Chance! Fornals is slipped through on the right and races to the byline. He cuts the ball across the box and Masuaku is waiting at the back post. His driven shot is saved, and then Cresswell sends a stinging effort straight at the goalkeeper.
West Ham and Fulham emerge at the London Stadium. Almost time for the final game of the day…

Chelsea 4-1 Sheffield United: Blues’ responded in style after falling behind early on against the Blades
Over to the London Stadium now, where West Ham host Fulham. The visitors are fresh off the back of their first win of the season, an impressive 2-0 victory over fellow newly-promoted side West Brom.
They’ll be keen to build on that, although a trip to West Ham represents a tough test. David Moyes’ team have taken points off Tottenham and Manchester City in recent weeks, and were only narrowly beaten by Liverpool last weekend.
Hakim Ziyech speaks to Sky Sports: "We played a good game. We controlled it, we created a lot of chances and we could have scored more goals. I feel comfortable in this team."
