Leicester City vs Wolverhampton Wanderers
What an introduction to the Premier League for Vitor Pereira. They move to within two points of safety after a 3-0 win against fellow relegation strugglers Leicester City. The performance was so good, that it felt like there were more Wolves fans than Leicester fans at the end, with Guedes tucking in an opener after Vestergaard misread the lofted ball. The Foxes fans were silenced and it was only after Rodrigo Gomes’ strike that summoned the boos, which became louder after Cunha made it three before half-time. Van Nistelrooy’s side improved after the break, but couldn’t dent the deficit despite the xG only being 1.05 to 0.84 in Wolves’ favour. That’s football and it doesn't get easier for the Dutch coach with Aston Villa, Liverpool and Manchester City the next three games.

Joao Gomes has a great opportunity to cap off the victory. The Brazilian swoops down to meet Cunha's cross but it bobbles wide. He has his hands, it was a bad miss.

As much as Leicester have improved defensively, once they got into the final third sloppiness infiltrates their play and kills a lot of the attacks.
