Welcome to The Independent's live coverage of Wednesday's Group A clash between France and Albania at the Stade Vélodrome in Marseille.
- Dimitri Payet's fabulous late winner sealed three points and a 2-1 win for France over Romania
- The hosts put in a laboured display in the tournament's opening game and will hope for improvement in Marseille
- Albania were defeated 1-0 by Switerzland in a tight affair at the Stade Bollaert-Delelis
- Gianni De Biasi's side conceded an early headed goal to Fabian Schär and failed to draw level, despite enjoying several goal-scoring opportunities
- France currently lead Group A over Switzerland by virtue of goals scored
- Albania are bottom of the group, behind Romania

KICK-OFF: What do you call a Scotsman at Euro 2016? Apart from Aiden McGeady, that is. It's Willie Collum everyone! The SPFL referee blows the whistle in Marseille and Albania get this final match of day six up and underway. Another win for the host nation will see them safely into the last 16. For Albania, surely anything other than a comprehensive defeat would be a bonus.
Another day, another late France showing. The hosts may not have been at their best, but goals against brave Albania in the final seconds by Antoine Griezmann and Dimitri Payet ensured that the hosts - and the favourites - are the first team through to the Last 16.
It seems second spot in Group A will be fought out between Switzerland and Romania after they drew 1-1 in Paris earlier in the day while, in Group B, Slovakia got their campaign up and running after defeating Russia in Lille.
That's all for Wednesday, but I'll be here tomorrow with coverage of three more crucial Euro 2016 games including the big one - Northern Ireland v Ukraine England v Wales. Thanks for reading and goodnight.
