Your support helps us to tell the story

My recent work focusing on Latino voters in Arizona has shown me how crucial independent journalism is in giving voice to underrepresented communities.

Your support is what allows us to tell these stories, bringing attention to the issues that are often overlooked. Without your contributions, these voices might not be heard.

Every dollar you give helps us continue to shine a light on these critical issues in the run up to the election and beyond

Neymar netted a controversial penalty to secure Brazil a hard-fought win against Uruguay in a friendly that was anything but on a dank night in London.

Arsenal's Emirates Stadium played host to the 76th meeting of these South American adversaries as they continued their build-up to next summer's Copa America.

Brazil are favourites to lift the trophy on home turf and Tite's men continued their impressive preparations with a narrow 1-0 victory through Neymar's late penalty.

This was a friendly in name only as referee Craig Pawson handed out eight bookings on a night when Uruguay's players were furious with the decision to give the Selecao a spot-kick after Diego Laxalt was adjudged to have fouled Manchester City's Danilo.

It looked harsh and added to a feisty occasion in which Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson Becker had to be alert between the sticks for Brazil. PA

Where can I watch it?

The match will be shown live on ITV 4 from 7:40pm. Viewers can also watch the match online via the ITV Hub.

Player to watch…

Neymar: The Brazil captain stated that he is willing to act as a mentor to Everton forward Richarlison but the Paris Saint-Germain forward also needs to address his own form, having not scored from open play for his country since their last-16 tie with Mexico in the World Cup in Russia. While his teammates this evening will have less international experience than usual, Neymar’s role will be of great importance if Brazil are to emerge victorious.

Form guide…

Brazil: WLWWWW

Uruguay: WWLWLL

And our very own Tom Williams is in place to get a different vantage point in Cardiff this evening...

A win for either Wales or Denmark will mean that they are promoted to the upper tier of Nations League sides...

What's your prediction for this evening?

Apologies for the delay but Brazil's twitter account didn't feel the need to publish their starting XI until now.

What do you make of it now though?

So much talent all the way through to the bench, too.

Meanwhile, the four sides kicking off at 19:45 are out and preparing for their national anthems.

Looking forward to tonight's action.

It appears he's been sporting it for a while now but it doesn't mean I'm any more ready to see Ryan Babel's interesting choice of hair colour...

Hmmmm

KICK OFF:

Wales 0-0 Denmark

Netherlands 0-0 France

CHANCE! NETHERLANDS 0-0 FRANCE!

What a start from Holland and what a chance they've just created - should be 1-0 up.

Depay ran at the France defence and got himself into the box and almost at the byline.

His pull back found Wijnaldum but his shot was tame and straight at Hugo Lloris who palmed it away.

The Dutchman has already scored against him once this season, when Liverpool defeated Spurs 2-1 at Wembley.

CHANCE! Wales 0-0 Denmark

Early warning for Wales as Christian Eriksen carries the ball some way before unleashing a long range shot from 25 yards at.

His shot is always rising but only just clears the bar. Take note, Wales.

6 mins: Wales 0-0 Denmark

Wonderful football down Denmark's left leads to a promising attack but left-back Stryger's cross is a bit deep but only clears the post by a few inches.

Denmark work it back into the box though but Wales deal with the ensuing danger and clear for a corner.

Positive start from the Danes.

8 mins: Netherlands 0-0 France

The World Champions are unable to keep hold of the ball for any significant period of time.

It's been a really good start by Holland.
