Raul Jimenez scored twice from the spot as Fulham held Ipswich Town to a 2-2 draw in the Premier League on Sunday, extending the hosts’ unbeaten streak to eight league matches.
Both teams converted penalties within two minutes as Jimenez cancelled out Sammie Szmodics’ first-half strike in the 69th minute, before Liam Delap restored the visitors’ lead after Timothy Castagne brought him down.
But Jimenez got a second crack at restoring parity when Leif Davis fouled him in the 90th minute, denying 18th-placed Ipswich a chance to climb out of the relegation zone for the first time since November.
Fulham, who are unbeaten since November, remained ninth with 30 points while Ipswich moved to 16, equal with 17th-placed Wolverhampton Wanderers who have played a game less.

WILD FROM IWOBI!! Good play from Jimenez down the right who slips in Smith Rowe to his left, it goes all the way across via Wilson to Iwobi, a couple of feints are thrown to create a yard, but then Iwobi lashes a wild shot that goes high and wide of the left post.

A sumptuous ball from Robinson who checks onto his right foot on the left flank and delivers into the box is met by Greaves who is alive to the impending danger. The corner is massively overhit and draws groans from the Fulham faithful.

So far, Ipswich doing well to quell the threat from the home side. It is not exactly a siege on the Ipswich goal at this point, but there is surely going to be more to do as the game goes on.

A long ball searches out Robinson who rapidly approaches the Ipswich box. Walton is alert and comes to receive the bouncing ball. Momentum carry his feet outside the box but his hands on the ball remain just inside the box much to the dismay of the home fans.

Smith Rowe's first real involvement is to pick his head up and swing a ball in from the left, but it is far to close and drifts into the palms of Walton.
Fulham vs Ipswich Town
Lovely innovative play from Iwobi who scoops a deft little ball up and between two Ipswich players to give Cairney some space, but the Fulham midfielder is caught in about three minds and his shimmying comes to nothing as Ipswich clear.

WIDE FROM SZMODICS!! That was a half chance there for Szmodics to make it two. Broadhead pushed a low ball with his side foot into the box from the left, Szmodics had held his run and swung a left foot at the ball from just inside the area central. Bassey just does enough to put him off with some pressure and Szmodics skews his effort well wide of the right of the frame of the goal.
