This year sees Manchester City try to defend their crown and claim a historic fourth title in succession. Thanks to a goal and an assist from De Cordova-Reid, fluent Fulham lead by two at Craven Cottage, as they inch closer to a first league win of 2024. Bournemouth were opened up on several occasions, with Neto also needed to keep the Cottagers at bay, before gradually growing into the game as it progressed. The Cherries were not clinical when it counted, though, and have a mountain to climb during the second half: they have lost on all six previous occasions when trailing at half-time in the Premier League this season.
