Your support helps us to tell the story

From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging.

At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

The Independent is trusted by Americans across the entire political spectrum. And unlike many other quality news outlets, we choose not to lock Americans out of our reporting and analysis with paywalls. We believe quality journalism should be available to everyone, paid for by those who can afford it.

Your support makes all the difference.

Swansea 0-2 Spurs

60' - Swansea started this second half really brightly but Spurs have dictated the pace of the game for the last few minutes and now look by far the more likely team to score the next goal.

It's really difficult to see a way back into this one for the hosts.

GOAL! Swansea 0-3 Spurs (Eriksen, 62)

Game over.

Christian Eriksen comes up with the goods again as he lashes Tottenham into a three-goal lead from 20 yards.

The goalkeeper will probably be disappointed that he didn't keep that one out, to be honest.

Swansea 0-3 Spurs

66' - Erik Lamela is threaded in on goal by Lucas Moura but the Argentine's angled shot is kept out by Kristoffer Nordfeldt!

Spurs are in the ascendancy here and there are surely more goals in the game for them.

Swansea 0-3 Spurs

75' - There are plenty of fans flooding towards the exits now at the Liberty Stadium. They know that their team's FA Cup run is about to come to an end.

Swansea 0-3 Spurs

79' - Son Heung-min is threaded in on goal by Erik Lamela but the Spurs striker puts his angled finish wide of Kristoffer Nordfeldt's far post!

This is the most one-sided football match I've watched in a long, long time.

Swansea 0-3 Spurs

87' - Not too much to report on from the last few minutes in south Wales. Both teams are just waiting for the final whistle now.

Liam Corless17 March 2018 14:05

Swansea 0-3 Spurs

90' - We've got an injury stoppage here as Swansea's Tammy Abraham receives treatment on an injury to his left leg.

The fourth official has just signalled that there will be a minimum of three additional minutes at the end of the match.

Full-time - Swansea 0-3 Spurs

The referee brings an end to proceedings here and Spurs are into the last four after a routine victory at the Liberty Stadium, with the goals coming from Christian Eriksen (two) and Erik Lamela.

Following on from Tottenham's win over Swansea earlier we will have live coverage from a snowy Old Trafford of the second FA Cup tie of the day - Manchester United vs Brighton - for you shortly.

Team news in around 45 minutes so don't touch that dial.
