It’s a big game for…
Kylian Mbappe. The 18-year-old forward has quickly transformed from Monaco’s young star to the man who represents their best chance of success in Turin. Having conceded two away goals, Monaco will need to go for broke in attempt to take an early lead against the Italian champions, and it is Mbappe’s pace, skill and goalscoring prowess which gives his side the best chance of doing that.
Best stat
Juventus have won all of their last eleven knockout ties against French opposition.
Player to watch...
Leonardo Bonucci. The centre half is central to Juventus’ famed defensive record, which has seen them concede just 23 goals in 35 domestic games and, unbelievably, only two in a Champions League run which includes keeping a clean sheet over two legs against Barcelona. He is outstanding both physically and technically, with the ability to prioritise defensively but provide a platform with his passing. Monaco have an uphill task overturning the two goal deficit with Bonucci and Co. in their way.

2 mins: Early chance for Monaco! They fling the ball into the box but Buffon does just enough to tip it away from danger.
4 mins: Monaco with all the early possession and Juventus, predictably, sitting back and allowing the French side to dominate the ball.
6 mins: So close Monaco!
Juventus have started at a very slack pace and they step off Moutinho, who is allowed to dribble forwards before unleashing a speculative shot from range.
He hits it well enough but his attempt is deflected, and looks as though it's to bounce out for a goal-kick.
But, quick as a flash, Mbappe hops forward and gets to the ball before Buffon, and attempts to roll it across the keeper and into the far corner of the net. He goes very close: the ball hits the base of the post and bounces out.
The flag is also up for offside. But still - a chance!
8 mins: Monaco maintaining their early pressure. Falcao has a shot from m-i-l-e-s out and it whistles narrowly over the bar.
11 mins: This isn't ideal for Juventus. After weathering that early storm, Khedeira has gone down clutching his hamstring.
He signals to the bench that he's unable to continue and is replaced by the experienced Marchisio.
14 mins: Despite that early substitution, Juventus have settled down and are looking much more comfortable.
Mandzukic does well to control a lung punt forward and lays off Dybala, who is off-balance as he takes his shot and screws the ball wide.
