European champions Chelsea have proven they have what it takes to dethrone City, however, having done it in last season's Champions League final and will be hoping to add a domestic title to the one won in Porto.
Liverpool were winners back in 2020 ending a 30-year wait for league glory and Jurgen Klopp is sure to have them back challenging again at the sharp end this season too while Manchester United will be looking to be back in the title picture with Cristiano Ronaldo returning to his former club in the summer.
It's not all about the action at the top though with Norwich, Watford and Brentford promoted to the top tier for 2020/21 and hoping to hold their own against the best English football has to offer and avoid the drop.

Arsenal stay in fifth after that win, but they've moved level on points with Tottenham. They're only behind their rivals on goal difference now. Next up for them is Manchester United at home. Chelsea's losing streak at home goes on, and Tuchel will be hoping that can change at the weekend against West Ham.

Arsenal see out a great performance to beat Chelsea 4-2. The opening two goals came from mistakes; Nketiah latched onto Christensen's loose pass to slot in before he was caught out for Werner's equaliser. Smith Rowe put them back ahead before Azpilicueta quickly responded with a tap-in. Arsenal dominated the second half and Nketiah restored the lead after making the most of Azpilicueta's poor backpass before Saka fired in a spot-kick in stoppage time to wrap up the points.

Arsenal's high press is still causing Chelsea some real problems here and the hosts can't get out of their own half. Martinelli is up against Sarr, and he manages to win a throw-in high up the pitch.

PENALTY TO ARSENAL! Arsenal aren't taking it to the corner here and White swings a good cross into the box from the right. It's nowhere near Saka, but Azpilicueta unnecessarily pushes him to ground and the referee points straight to the spot.
