Follow the Champions League quarter-final draw live with the Premier League’s contingent down to three as European champions Chelsea are joined by Liverpool and Man City, who were beaten in last year’s final by the Blues in Porto.

Chelsea drew Real Madrid, Man City got Atletico and Liverpool will play Benfica in the last-eight, with Villarreal v Bayern Munich completing the schedule.

In the last-16, Jurgen Klopp’s side eased past Inter Milan despite losing the second leg at Anfield thanks to a stunner from Lautaro Martinez, while Pep Guardiola’s Premier League champions had far too much for Sporting, with Thomas Tuchel masterminding Chelsea past Lille amid off-the-field issues concerning the impending takeover of the club following sanctions from the UK government on Roman Abramovich.

The trio not only discovered their quarter-final opponents, but the route to the final in Paris as well, with the winner of Man City/Atletico Madrid facing Chelsea/Real Madrid in the first semi-final and the winner of Benfica/Liverpool vs Villarreal/Bayern Munich the other last-four clash.

The draw in Nyon, Switzerland, takes place at 11:00 GMT, you can follow live build-up and the latest updates from both the quarter-final and semi-final draw below:

Rangers earn Europa League progress after Ryan Kent staggers Red Star comeback

Ryan Kent’s goal punctured Red Star Belgrade’s comeback hopes as Rangers reached the Europa League quarter-finals despite a 2-1 defeat in Serbia.

Red Star made inroads on Rangers‘ three-goal first-leg lead when Mirko Ivanic netted in the 10th minute and Allan McGregor made several excellent stops for the visitors.

However, Kent broke brilliantly to level the score on the night in the 56th minute in what proved the key moment of the second leg.

Rangers looked to be seeing the game out comfortably when Ben Nabouhane netted a stoppage-time penalty but it was too little, too late for the hosts as Gers won 4-2 on aggregate.

Rangers manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst, whose side could face the likes of Barcelona, Braga and Atalanta in the last eight, went with the same starting line-up that won 3-0 at Ibrox seven days earlier, suggesting he saw scope for more goals.

Andriy Yarmolenko hits extra-time winner as superb West Ham progress to Europa League quarter-finals

Whether this was to be the end of West Ham’s European dream or one of the most celebrated nights in their recent history, the Hammers were always going to come out swinging.

And when you come at the kings, you best not miss, or you will go down swinging.

Sevilla are indisputably Europa League royalty, their six crowns putting them three ahead of the closest pretenders to the throne, and this year’s final is even set to be staged in their castle: the Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan. It was in that stadium that Sevilla secured a 1-0 win in the first leg of this last-16 tie against West Ham, debutants in the competition this season who did plenty of missing in Spain and were punished by Munir for their wastefulness.

And so David Moyes’s players were tasked with learning on the job against these most experienced of foes, needing to execute an efficiency that was lacking seven days prior.

It was also a new experience for West Ham’s fans, who embraced the occasion by creating an atmosphere unique from any other at the London Stadium since the club’s move here in 2016. In fact, the feeling inside the ground was unlike any at a West Ham game in not-so-recent memory. Whether or not the Premier League team were to progress, they were certain to be protagonists in one of the most monumental nights the club had seen in decades.

Champions League draw

Bayern Munich and Liverpool will be the happiest teams with that draw. They’re up against the two underdog teams in Villarreal and Benfica.

They also have home second legs so if Liverpool get into trouble in Lisbon they’ll be backed by the fans at Anfield when they need to get a positive result.

Chelsea vs Real Madrid is the tie of the round. That one sees the reigning European champions face the 13x Champions League winners.
