Burnley vs Brighton & Hove Albion
We are back underway at Turf Moor as Brighton get things going in the second half. One substitution and it is for the hosts.
Burnley vs Brighton & Hove Albion
It was quite even in terms of possession in that first half, with Burnley just about edging it at 52 per cent. However, their way more superior xG of 1.20 to Brighton's 0.41 tells the story of the opportunities both teams had in the first 45 minutes. As things stand, Burnley are six points below safety in the relegation battle but 18th-placed Luton are currently losing to Manchester City.
Burnley vs Brighton & Hove Albion
The stats will show that Brighton had more shots on target in that first half, but let the stats not fool you. Burnley should be ahead by at least one goal. They had two great chances, first for Bruun Larsen who missed a sitter at the back post and then just before half-time through Fofana. They also could have had a penalty early in the match for a potential foul on Odobert. Brighton did have their moments but none as good as those for the Clarets. Stay tuned for the second half.

SAVE! Moder gets the ball over the wall but Muric gets both hands on a swinging free-kick. Comfortable-ish save in the end.

FREE-KICK! Welbeck gets the ball on the edge of the box and nick it ahead of Assignon. Goes down and earns a good chance.
