Brentford make inroads as Mbeumo finds Schade inside the box, but Schade fires a shot wide. It would not have mattered anyway as Schade was just about offside.

Ortega makes a save now! Roerslev fires a shot at goal from the edge of the box, but the City goalkeeper does much better on this occasion to push the effort away and City hurriedly clear the ball and survive yet again.

Wissa, who is in the middle, wins a pass from Mbeumo and strikes towards goal, but Ake is there to make a superb block! City hang on to their lead but just about and Brentford are looking dangerous since that City goal.
