The hosts took the lead in bizarre fashion as Neto raced to the edge of his area to concede a cheap free-kick, from which he was beaten at his near post by the opportunistic Jensen. Bournemouth levelled when Solanke cut inside on the break to beat Flekken, and the Cherries have also gone close through Christie and Semenyo. Brentford will also feel they should have scored a second goal, however, with Schade hitting the post and Pinnock spurning a great chance.
