Tyson Fury vs Derek Chisora LIVE: Fight result as ‘Gypsy King’ retains heavyweight title with late TKO
Fury retained the WBC heavyweight title by securing a TKO against Chisora late in Round 10, beating his fellow Briton for the third time
Tyson Fury defeated Derek Chisora for the third time on Saturday night, securing a TKO of his fellow Briton late in the 10th round to remain unbeaten and retain the WBC heavyweight title.
Fury, who outpointed his friend Chisora in 2011 then beat him via TKO in 2014, dominated the main-event contest at London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, before the referee waved it off after 38-year-old Chisora ran out of energy to fight back.
After the bout, unified heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk confronted Fury, 34, ahead of an expected clash between the pair in 2013 – with such a fight set to crown an undisputed title holder.

Round 10
The referee is talking to Chisora. He wants more from the challenger. This is the round in which Fury vs Chisora II ended in 2014…
Chisora keeps coming, to his credit. He curves hooks into the ribs of Fury, but the champion just seems unfazed by anything coming his way.
In comparison, even the less eye-catching Fury shots seem to be having an effect on Chisora.
A clean left hook smashes into Chisora’s cheek. The referee grabs his shoulder… It seemed the fight might be stopped there...
And a minute later, it’s waved off!! Fury tees off on Chisora late in the round, and the referee stops it!!
There are BOOS in the stadium!

Round 9
Fury circles away to his left with his hands down. Chisora’s face is swollen now, his eyes half-closed almost.
The difference between the fighters is clear as they trade hooks; Chisora overshoots as he lunges in, while Fury’s technique is neat and tidy.
Fury is landing almost at will now, while Chisora’s output is reduced. The challenger is bleeding from the mouth.
He misses with another winging hook. His face is so beaten up.
A Fury uppercut has Chisora staggering backwards.

Round 8
Chisora takes his time emerging from his corner for this round. He’s looking fatigued. Fury leans on him early in this round.
Chisora retaliates with some hooks in close. The challenger bounces on the spot after the fighters separate.
Fury now gets through with a series of straight punches, before the boxers clinch once more.
Fury digs hooks and uppercuts into Chisora’s body in the clinch, then he tags Chisora right a right hook up top after they separate!
The challenger is throwing caution to the wind now and is being made to pay for it!
Fury with a snapping one-two upstairs, then a couple of right uppercuts. A left hook to the head of Chisora, a right hook.
More connections for Fury. If he really wanted to, I reckon he could end this in Round 9.
But Chisora is stubborn and resilient. The fighters touch gloves to end the round.

“Let’s jab, let’s jab, let’s jab,” Chisora is told by his coach between rounds.
The challenger drives a series of hooks into Fury’s mid-section, then swings one to the head as Fury leans back on the ropes.
Fury curls a left uppercut onto the chin of Chisora as they get back into space. More body hooks from Chisora, who is again backing up Fury.
They exchange punches in the clinch, with some Chisora uppercuts squirming through.
Chisora rolls with a one-two. He tries some clubbing hooks to Fury’s body but overshoots.
A clean one-two to the head connects for Fury, and a tired-looking Chisora steps back towards the ropes. A left uppercut from a southpaw stance lands for Fury now.

Fury gets right after Chisora. This was the round in which the champion stopped Dillian Whyte in April…
Chisora bites on a Fury feint, but the champion doesn’t follow up with an actual strike.
A counter right straight lands for Fury as Chisora chases him, before the challenger brawls with Fury briefly!
They separate and touch gloves out of respect. Chisora jabs to the body; Fury jabs to the head. Chisora flirts with a southpaw stance before standing orthodox again.
Fury with a counter left hook as Chisora steps in. And again. Chisora then misses with a wild overhand right, as Fury stands with his back to the ropes.
The champion again looks for the counter left hook – that’s the shot of this round for him. He ends the round in a southpaw stance.

Round 5
Fury is again favouring uppercuts as Chisora looks to get in close.
Double-jab, right hand by Fury, then a right uppercut! Chisora is undeterred.
Chisora targets the body of Fury once more. He catches Fury with a left hook off the break, but it doesn’t trouble the champion.
In fact, it’s Chisora who stumbles away.

Round 4
Chisora is unfazed by Fury’s early success. He marches forward again. It’s misty around the ring.
Chisora connects with a right hook! Fury creates space then jabs to the midriff of his opponent.
Right uppercut, left hook by Fury. Chisora grabs ahold of him. Eventually the referee separates the heavyweights.

Chisora jogs after the champion. Fury just misses with a grazing one-two.

Round 3
A right hand hurts Chisora, who is now backed up by Fury.
The champion is favouring uppercuts on his shorter challenger, and he’s boxing accurately here.
Another right uppercut, this one from range, staggers Chisora slightly!
A left hook wobbles Chisora, then a right uppercut! Great shot selection by Fury.
Another left hand gets through. Chisora tries to get into space, lunging at Fury but only slicing through the cold winter air.
Now two left uppercuts by Fury as Chisora backs him up, before the pair hit the canvas while grappling!

Round 2
Chisora enters with some teasing body shots, then windmills a right overhand towards the head of his old foe, but he doesn’t get all of the shot.
He tries the same again shortly thereafter, with Fury backed up against the ropes, but misses completely this time.
The pair clinch, with Fury moving his head throughout, so as to avoid giving Chisora a static target as they grapple.
The Britons separate, and Chisora jabs to the body heavily as he tries to close distance. Fury’s counter hooks and uppercuts are stinging the 38-year-old, though.
Fury then tags Chisora with a right hook and an uppercut, and now he backs up Chisora, who taunts him.
A brutal left uppercut gets through for Fury! A strong end to the round for the “Gypsy King”.

Chisora gets after Fury straight away. He jabs to the body and follows up with winging hooks to the ribs. The heavyweights grapple on the ropes briefly, before they’re separated.
Again Chisora comes forward, and Fury catches his challenger with a decent counter right. Now he lets his hands go with a quick flurry to the head; Chisora’s guard absorbs most of the blows.
Fury with a short right uppercut as Chisora closes distance. Chisora is rolling as he enters, but Fury is timing his own shots well anyway.
Chisora has Fury moving laterally, but it’s not stopping the champion from maintaining a decent offensive output. Round 1 is in the books.
