Donald Trump will receive a further boost on the campaign trail from tech billionaire Elon Musk, who has announced he will speak at a series of events on behalf of the Republican ticket in the crucial swing state of Pennsylvania.
Musk previously appeared with Trump on his return to Butler in the same state, the site of the first attempt on his life earlier this summer.
Kamala Harris is meanwhile gearing up for an interview with Fox News’s Bret Baier, which will be broadcast on Wednesday evening.
On Tuesday, the Democrat joined Charlamagne Tha God for an hour-long sitdown in Detroit in which she declared she is going to win in November and agreed with the host when he called Trump’s policy platform “fascist”.
Also on Tuesday, Trump took part in a freewheeling Bloomberg Q&A with the Economic Club of Chicago and told a rally in Atlanta, Georgia, that he considers illegal immigration a greater problem than inflation.
This morning Fox News aired a town hall with Donald Trump centered on women voters and hosted by Harris Faulkner that was recorded on Tuesday in front of a friendly crowd of supporters.

Harris agrees Trump’s vision is about ‘fascism'
In her audio town hall with Charlamagne tha God, Vice President Kamala Harris agreed with the radio host when he characterized Donald Trump’s vision for America as “fascism”.
“You have two choices…It’s two very different visions for our nation. Mine is about taking us forward and progress and investing in the American people, investing in their ambitions, dealing with their challenges. And the other Donald Trump’s is taking us backward.”
Charlamagne added that the other is about fascism: “Why can’t we just say that?”
Harris: “Yes, we can say that.”
When asked about Trump’s plans for the Black community, Harris said: “Ask Donald Trump what his plan is for Black America. Ask him. I'll tell you what it is. Look at Project 2025. Project 2025 tells you the plan includes making police departments have stop-and-frisk policies.”

Asked about her reputation of sticking to her talking points, Kamala Harris says: “That would be called discipline.” She notes that some things need to be repeated because they are important.
On being mimicked on Saturday Night Live Harris says: “Hasn't Maya Rudolph been wonderful? I have nothing but admiration for the comedy, and I think it's important to be able to laugh at yourself and each other in the spirit of comedy.”
On the state of the race: “This is a margin-of-error race. I'm gonna win, but it's tight.”
Harris blasts Trump for sending Covid-19 testing equipment to Vladimir Putin during the height of the pandemic.
Charlamagne tha God responds: “That doesn't sound like America first.”
Trump unhappy Harris spokesperson keeps appearing on Fox News
Donald Trump doesn’t appear happy that Ian Sams, spokesperson for Kamala Harris, is on Fox News “all the time” calling out the former president and his campaign.
Here’s what he posted on Truth Social:
Does Ian Sams, Lyin’ Kamala’s Special Advisor, own FoxNews? He is on all the time, as are so many other of her supporters. So ridiculous that Fox allows this to happen right before the Election. We will WIN without Fox. MAGA2024!
