The Olympic athlete turned reality TV star, formerly known as Bruce, received a flood of support after revealing her new identity and look on the cover of Vanity Fair last week.
On Saturday, Jenner tweeted a picture of her friends with their backs to the camera and their arms around one another standing next to a stunning swimming pool and looking towards a mountain range.
The identities of Jenner's friends have been kept private but she has previously cited Laverne Cox, Geena Rocero, Carmen Carrera and Janet Mock as her transgender"pioneers".
The 65-year-old's life is being made into an eight-part E! docuseries called I Am Cait which premieres in the US on 26 July. The moving first promo clip for the show saw Jenner proclaim herself "the new normal" and apply make-up as she discussed how many people "go through life and never deal with their own issues".
Jenner broke none other than US President Barack Obama's record for the fastest-growing Twitter account when she launched a new profile for Caitlyn and racked up more than a million followers in just four hours.
