Calling all bargain hunters: Amazon Prime Day is now in its final hours but there’s still time to nab yourself a bargain. The two-day annual discount bonanza has seen prices plummet on everything from the latest tech, including Amazon devices, laptops and TVs to home appliances, mattresses, beauty and so much more.

Naturally, we’ve been on hand to take you through the very best deals that Amazon has to offer, plucking out the good discounts and chucking out the bad – and we’ll continue to do so until the clock strikes midnight tonight.

The retailer’s event, which is exclusive to Prime members, is renowned as being Amazon’s site-wide version of Black Friday, and we’d argue that the deals have been just as good as those we see in the November sale.

If you’re yet to take advantage of the mega savings or want to squeeze in one last steal before the sale ends, you’ve come to the right place. From top shopping tips to the best bargains to shop now, consider this your Prime Day cheat sheet.

When does Prime Day 2024 end?

Prime Day 2024 kicked off yesterday (Tuesday 16 July) and will finish today (Wednesday 17 July). The will end at 11.59pm, so you would have had a full 48 hours to shop the discounts.

You need to be a Prime member to shop the sale. It costs £8.99 per month or £95 when paying for a year up-front. If you haven’t been a Prime member in the last 12 months, you can get a 30-day free trial, which will still gain you access to the sale.

A sizzling saving on a Ninja air fryer

The air fryer hype shows no signs of waning, and you can score a new model for a fraction of its typical price thanks to Prime Day. I’ve not looked back since investing myself, with these nifty appliances taking the hassle out of mealtimes – and you can’t get much better than this discounted Ninja model.

Ninja foodi AF400UK 9.5l dual-zone air fryer: Was £249.99, now £159.99, Amazon.co.uk

(Amazon)

This popular air fryer from Ninja is discounted to just £160 this Prime Day and comes tried and tested by the team. Living up to the hype in our tried and tested review, our tester was sold on its supreme cooking power, which meant that not only did the 9.5l dual-zone model cook foods much faster than other models, but foods “ended up a lot tastier and crispier” too.

The air fryer comes with six cooking settings, from roasting to reheating, and you can even “sync the drawers to be ready at the same time”, our tester added.

What is Amazon Prime Day?

Prime Day debuted on 15 July 2015, as a celebration of the retailer’s 20th anniversary. A day to spoil Prime members, it’s since evolved into a huge 48-hour event with discounts on the likes of Apple, Ninja, Shark, Lego and more.

Of couse, being an Amazon event, the best discounts can be found on its own devices – think Echo dot speakers, Kindles and Fire tablets.

Now, in its final day, you’ve got until 11:59pm this evening to shop the deals.
