This election is still a dead heat, according to most polls. In a fight with such wafer-thin margins, we need reporters on the ground talking to the people Trump and Harris are courting. Your support allows us to keep sending journalists to the story.

Phoebe Waller-Bridge has won the Golden Globe for Best Actress in a TV Comedy or Musical for Fleabag.
The British actor and writer thanked the Hollywood Foreign Press Association for recognising what she called “this little scrap of a show” in her speech, and gave a special shout-out to her co-star Andrew Scott.
“Thank you so much to the HFPA. This is really heavy and cool.
“This really comes down to Andrew Scott,” she said. “There was a lot of talk about the chemistry [between] us in the show, but really he can have chemistry with a pebble.”
She continued, “I loved being Andrew’s pebble, and thank you for bringing so much fire to that season.”
On the Golden Globes red carpet earlier in the night, Scott confirmed that he is teaming up with Waller-Bridge once again for a mystery project.
Scott is also nominated at this year’s Golden Globes, along with Fleabag itself for Best Comedy Series.
