The 2021 Golden Globes winners have been announced.
Amy Poehler presented this year’s event from its usual spot in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, while Tina Fey co-hosted from New York’s Rainbow Room.
The films battling it out to take home the evening’s top prizes included Promising Young Woman, Nomadland, Mank, Borat Subsequent Moviefilm and Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom.
Meanwhile, in the television categories, dramas The Crown, Ozark and Lovecraft Country duked it out as well as comedy shows Schitt’s Creek, Ted Lasso and Emily in Paris.
Others shows in the running included The Queen’s Gambit, Normal People and Steve McQueen’s Small Axe series of films.
