Notebook: Charles minds his manners

GOOD to see that the Prince of Wales minds his manners. He has already sent a hand-written note to John Latsis, the Greek shipper of humble origin, thanking him for the loan of his splendid yacht, on which the Prince and his two sons spent their first holiday this month cruising around the Greek islands.
