LETTERS: Car solutions must be global Crisis of millions of cars

Clare Short wants motorists who are stuck in jams to see "clean, fast buses whizzing by in bus lanes". Frustratingly, here in the North-east, one is just as likely to find the cars in the bus lane. This lack of enforcement is deplorable.
