Letter: Briefly

DESPERATE Dan never ate anything as namby-pamby as cow-heel pie ('Parts that taste forgot', Review, 9 January). Dan's staple food is cow pie, which his 'Maw' prepares with the horns sticking out through the crust. Furthermore Dan appears in the Dandy, not the Beano, which is written for people who eat carrots and wash their necks.
