Sir: Surely there has been a confusion of Richards in the recent government distribution of knighthoods. Imagine how many more electors would rally to the Conservative cause if the honour had been correctly bestowed upon the real rock and roll phenomenon: Keith Richards of the Rolling Stones. "Sir Keith" has a far more deserving ring to it than "Sir Cliff".
