Sir: Michael De-la-Noy is right (Letters, 4 August). Last night, the trouble at Radio 3 spread as far as the seriously unflappable Natalie Wheen, who had to apologise for having been driven 'in the heat of the moment' to utter 'an Anglo-Saxon expletive that you should not have heard'. The joy of Radio 3 used to be that the moment was always cool.
Yours sincerely,
SUE GAISFORD
