SO, the Government is set to make a profit of pounds 25m after discouraging young women from taking certain brands of contraceptive pill. Is it therefore because the Government would make a loss if they discouraged the act of smoking amongst young women - with the inevitable widespread media attention - that it chooses to remain silent on this even more serious risk to health?
