ON 25 MARCH, the day after the bombing of Yugoslavia began, George Robertson said its aim was "to avert an impending humanitarian catastrophe". Just how wrong can you be? It makes me think that everything history is supposed to teach us is being completely ignored. Does nobody remember Vietnam?
