Yes, Genesis tells us that two of every kind of bird, animal and creature would come along to the ark: what it doesn't tell us is how they got there or how they knew where to go.
Perhaps God provided detailed directions or appropriate transport along with the invitations issued to the lucky two representatives of every species.
