Sir: Has anyone else noticed the speedy and appropriate Dutch Royal Family's response to the Amsterdam disaster? Queen Beatrix was obviously visibly moved on being shown the disaster area.

Compare this with our Royal Family's tardy and inappropriate response to the Zeebrugge and Lockerbie disasters.
