Letter: Need for immediate action in Bosnia - and the risks

Sir: How right Robert Fisk is (7 February) when he says that what is happening in Bosnia is a war crime. It is Europe, and perhaps more particularly this country, that should be in the dock. Like your correspondent David Nott (7 February), I too am ashamed to call myself a European.
