Sir: Maurice Frankel's letter (15 August) on the issue of whether or not the Radioactive Waste Management Advisory Committee comes within the scope of the 1992 Environment Information Regulations is, as Mr Frankel knows, before the European Court. The matter is therefore sub judice and so I am not able to respond to his specific criticisms.
