Letter: How much beer is too much?

Sir: Is there a reason why British brewers should not export to France for British cross-Channel customers to pick up British beer and bring it back to the UK? This might be more fruitful than shouting about a reduction in duty, which is most unlikely to take place. Perhaps the new Sainsbury facility in Calais will lead the way by stacking British products?
