Letter: Give Scots the government they voted for, or lose them
"WE KNOW that, yes, there are too many rent-a-Yahs in charge of Scottish cultural institutions...", writes Pat Kane. Are there circumstances in which it would be correct to refer to my Scottish colleagues at the National Gallery and the British Library in London as "rent-a-Jocks", or would that be offensive?
