Your support makes all the difference.Sir: With regard to Bosnian war crimes trials ('There will be no Nuremberg here,' 26 February), the criminality is in general evident. Jurisdiction exists. A tribunal may be set up. But first catch your criminal. The Nuremberg and Tokyo trials were possible because there had been a war and total surrender. Not so in this case.
