Sir: Regarding the dwindling demand for Radio 3 (Letters, 6 August), the present programmes are by no means the only explanation. Like many thousands of OAPs, we do not possess a set powerful enough to receive and magnify the feeble transmissions and very much hope this defect will be put right.
